How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering 30-45 business days earlier in advance of the wedding days, especially within peak seasons. Every dress will be through a strict quality inspection and we do not wanna quality compromised because of limited production time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.
Can I make a change after my order is placed?
If you need to make your dress longer or shorter, please contact us. We can make a change before the production processes starts. Please understand that we can not change the design or fabric as every dress is optimally designed and produced by our designing team.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can. Free order cancellation within 24 hours. Otherwise, there will be processing fees incurred. Please check the details on our return and refund page.
Can I change the shipping address?
Contact us before package shipped out for address update. Please understand we can not change the delivery address after that.
Do you offer discounts if I order dresses in Bulk?
Definite YES. We would love you to contact us for bulk orders. 5%-20% extra exclusive discount will be offered based on order quantity.
For various fabrics, are the colours come the same?
Colors will be slightly different in various fabrics. Order fabric swatches if you are not sure about the colors.
How do I know If I will get the bridesmaid dress in the color I expected?
For different orders, dresses colors might be slightly different due to the amount of dye used. Please make sure all bridesmaid dresses are together ordered within 24hours so that we could arrange your order within the same production batch. If you want to order more dresses after 24 hours, please offer us the order number and we will try our bests to arrange it in the same production process. The dress colors will be the same as the color swatches. So you can order fabric swatches to check the color in reality.
What size should I order?
Please note that the sizes of bridesmaid dresses are different from the daily clothes. Highly recommend that you talk measurement of your bust, natural waist, hip, and height for the order. Compare the measurement you got to our size chart for choosing the most suitable size option. Please make sure the measurement is accurate and close-fitting.
Some tips:(1) Slight size difference for every style. Sizes need to be a bit smaller for strapless styles as you need to make sure everything fits snug and stays up.
(2)Our dresses are made to wear without a bra, so if you need to take the padding out if you are going to wear one.
(3)If you will wear undergarments with your dress, please make sure to take the measurement with it for the best fit as expected.
What if I am between sizes?
Please order the larger size if you are in-between sizes. Or you can choose a custom size option. Normally there will be necessary alterations to be made, larger sizes make it easy for the dress to be altered. If you are unsure which size to order, please contact our customer service. We're happy to help!
How to choose a dress in custom size?
If a standard size dress does not fit perfectly, you can always choose to custom-made your dress. We offer custom size options on each product page. Please make sure you have completed the right measurements in the custom size section. We will make it to fit the measurement you provide.
What size should I order If I am or will be pregnant?
We got maternity collection bridesmaid dresses. These products are based on bust measurements. However you can certainly choose other styles on our website, please ensure 2 sizes up from your bust size depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy. Please contact us for the best sizes for you. We would love to help.
How can I clean my dress?
All dresses and fabrics are dry cleaned only. Please do not wash them in the washing machine. Only home steam iron could be used if there are wrinkles. However, we highly recommend you hang them in the bathroom while you take a hot shower. The steam will be enough to remove the wrinkles.
What If I don’t receive the package on time?
Contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will check what’s going on with your package with our shipping supplier. We will arrange a new delivery if the package has been lost or we will offer a refund. However, we are not responsible for the loss if it is because of the wrong address.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. For Other cases, please check our return and refund policy.
