1. Receiving time = Processing time + Delivery Time.

Processing time varies based on different item product types. Each product type has a specific production time.

Delivery time will be different depending on the shipping courier company and destination countries. Delivery time will be extended an estimated 7 days longer during the peak shopping season.

2. Processing Time

Each product type has its specific processing time according to the complexity of workmanship and production. Details follow:

• Bridesmaid: 22-25 Business days
• Junior Bridesmaid Dresses: 22-25 Business days
• Flower Girl Dresses: 22-25 Business days
• Mother of the Bride Dresses / Prom dresses: 22-25 Business days
• Wedding dresses: 21-27 Business days
• Accessories and Colour Swatches: Normally we have stock for these products types and it will be sent out within 2-3 days.

Note: Please understand that we will receive a large number of orders within peak wedding seasons. And processing time might be longer. Highly recommend you to order at least 45 days longer in advance.

7. OTHER ITEMS FOR DELIVERY

1. P.O. Boxes address or military address are not supported by DHL & UPS

2. As the global shipping is hugely impacted by Covid-19, please understand delivery time will be longer than expected time for some destination countries.

   Under uncontrollable circumstances like Covid-19 quarantine, weather changes, natural disasters, war, strikes, the delay might happen. We will do everything we can to offer the most efficient fast service and deliver the items on time. Highly appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Overnight shipping is not supported at this moment.

4. Address change is supported for free before the package is sent out.

   After the package is shipped out, what we can do is to contact the shipping courier and try our best to change the address for you. But we can not guarantee it will be successful. And in this case, there might be costs incurred for addressing change charged by the shipping courier. It will be responsible by customers.

5. The shipping time listed above is the estimated time. Please understand there might be a delay. If you need the dress urgently, please contact us for the expected arrival date. We will see what we can do for you.
6. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any cases.
7. A certain amount of import duty may apply to some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries. VAT – or Value Added Tax - is administered and collected by HM Revenue and Customs. Customers should be responsible for it.
8. We will email you shipping details after the package is sent out and keep you informed within the delivery time.
9. If your package has been delayed over 10 business days, please contact us via service@duntery.com to check the details information for your package. We will check what happened and offer solutions to fix the issues.

8. Order Cancellation

As once we receive your orders, the production process will be arranged. So please fully understand that order cancellation is not free under specific conditions.

• Free order cancellation is supported within 24 hours after your payment. Please contact us in time.
• 50% of order subtotal will be deducted as processing and material fee for order cancellation within 24-72 hours after your payment.
• 70% of order subtotal will be deducted as processing and material fee for order cancellation within 72-120 hours after your payment.
• Order cancellation is not supported after 120 hours of your payment.

Order cancellation is not supported once a package has been shipped out.
